12 Easy One-Skein crochet patterns

If you’re anything like me, you have a yarn stash. Random skeins you’ve picked up from here or there. Or skeins you have leftover from other projects.

It can be hard to find one-skein crochet patterns, so you end up just holding on to a lot of these single skeins for a long time. Even if you want to use them right away.

Well, in order to help inspire you, I’ve compiled a list of 12 easy one-skein crochet patterns. All of these fun projects just require one skein of yarn. So you can finally use some of those leftover skeins. One great class that I really enjoy and that would be perfect for leftover skeins is the Log Cabin Blanket class which I highly recommend.

The one-skein crochet patterns listed below also make great last-minute white elephant gifts or if you just want a fast, fun project to fill your time. There’s a lot of variety to choose from. See for yourself!

One Skein Cowl

Like the name says, you’ll only need one skein of Red Heart Reflective yarn to complete this cowl which makes it budget-friendly, too. You might want to pick up three or for skeins and go to town. It’s simple and easy, so why not make a few?
